What do you have to say abt da placement scenario in campus???????
I personally blive the ppl who come for recruitment process are not nuts….their xperience exceeds our age…….they choose ppl only who they blive r capable for their job…mind it capable of doing their job…serving them….it has nothing to do wid any kind of reservation, regionalism, goodwill…or any such parameter x,y,z…just name it….
They will recruit u only if they feel u r ‘the one’…whether ur pointer speaks 4 u or not…whether u have excelled in xtra curricular or not…..whether u r a complete arsehole or not…..

in fact its better for the candidates even ..as there is no use getting placed in a comp[any where ur interests donot match there requirements.
My view on the companies choosing a particular guy or rejecting other completely coincides with u...
I have had interactions with panel members of almost all the companies that has visited our campus so far, n all say that what they look for is the match between the companies requirements and candidate's capabilities... One can hardly make a false statement n get through the interview...
results so far has also mirrored the same, that only genuinely candidates (who r born to get into that org.) get through...
One thing that i would like to highlight in this regard that u'll have to justify ur work... ur performance in your academics... if u give an honest answer they will pick u for the jobs...
reasons and qualities for which u'll be recruited by a particular company are many... sit in only when u r 100% sure of working for that company(unless u r among the last 15% of the batch)... jobs(profiles) are plenty...
